Claudia is chief talent officer, overseeing Edelman’s global talent management efforts across 67 offices.

Under her leadership, Edelman is establishing new industry standards for recruiting, career development, training, succession planning and global mobility for its 4,800 employees worldwide, with the goal of ensuring its clients always have access to the highest quality talent and skills available.

Prior to being named CTO in August 2011, Claudia was well known in the PR industry as the founder of The Headline Group, a company she grew to the Southeast’s top-ranking independent firm before merging with Edelman in 2002. She joined Edelman as general manager of the Atlanta office and was promoted to president, Edelman Southeast in 2007.

Claudia has a long history of service to the industry and the Atlanta community, where she serves on the board of The Piedmont Conservancy and National Public Radio/TV (WABE/WPBA).
