Matt is an executive vice president at Edelman Berland, leading the New York and Atlanta offices and overseeing the firm’s insights offering globally. He specializes in helping clients optimize their performance through understanding and managing the perceptions and behavioral economics of their key stakeholders.

Prior to joining Edelman Berland, Matt was a partner at Gallup, running one of Gallup’s largest divisions – leading work with Fortune 100 clients in the Midwest – based in their Chicago offices.

Matt brings industry expertise in the financial services, distribution, retail and automotive industries and regional expertise in Japan and the Middle East. He has led C-level consulting assignments with 15 companies within the Fortune 100.

Matt is chairman of the Board at Freedom to Learn Illinois and a board member of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
