Lisa Sepulveda is the Global Chief People and Culture Officer at Edelman and a member of Edelman’s Executive Leadership Team. As a 30-year veteran of the firm and the former Global Chief Client Officer, Lisa has a track record of developing talent, building thriving teams, delivering award-winning work, and bringing her passion for our clients and our people together. Overseeing the firm’s talent development, recruitment and retention efforts, Lisa continues to build and expand relationships across our People Leadership Team and partners closely with the People network to meet the ever-changing and diverse needs of our employees and clients. Lisa has deep experience working across our global network and various practices and specialties, and is focused on nurturing Edelman’s culture of innovation, creativity and inclusion globally. Over the years Lisa has played an integral role in some of Edelman’s most significant work, including the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty and ongoing self-esteem initiatives.
Lisa is certified in Positive Psychology Coaching which allows her to guide others in successfully pursuing positive changes in their work, relationships, and overall well-being. She is a board member for She’s the First, a non-profit focused on girls’ education in the developing world, and sits on the Board of Trustees at Englewood Health, a hospital and medical Center in Englewood, NJ.
