Ability's mission is to create a culture and community where the unique expertise and strengths of people with disabilities, chronic illnesses and/or individuals who are neurodivergent can thrive. Through enriching experiences, we shine a light on our individuality and collective power and what we all bring to our work.
BOUNDLESS
Edelman Boundless
Boundless is a community centered on Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander cultures and open to all employees. We create space to share stories, celebrate heritage, and build connections through mentorship, practical learning and more. Our goal is to drive a sense of belonging across the firm, while also providing cultural insight that supports our work within our organization and clients.

Edelman Equal
Equal empowers LGBTQ+ employees and colleagues to lead authentically and drive a sense of belonging across our teams, culture, and client engagements.
FORWARD
Forward
Forward unites the skills, experience and leadership of the agency's military ex-servicemembers, National Guard and Reserve employees and their families. Forward also fosters a veteran-friendly workplace and community, while supporting and engaging veterans in their paths toward post-military success within our organization. Forward leverages our ex-servicemember employees' professional expertise and personal experiences to support and advance the former military community.
GRIOT
Edelman GRIOT
Griot is a network for Black employees and all colleagues who have a desire to learn more about the community. Griot’s mission is to provide a space to honor, celebrate, inform, inspire and support the Black experience and our Black colleagues around the globe. With roots to Western Africa, the griot is a storyteller whose job encompasses many roles — from recounting history and sharing information to teaching students and acting as diplomats. This legacy has a strong connection to the role played as storytellers for our clients.

The Global Women’s Equality Network (GWEN) strives to foster an environment where women of all backgrounds can enjoy equal opportunities to grow, lead and succeed in and beyond our organization.
INCLUSIVO
Inclusivo
Inclusivo's mission is to create an inclusive environment for Hispanic, Latino/a/x/e employees and is open to all employees. The group leverages professional expertise and personal experiences to support and advance the Hispanic and Latino/a/x/e community through local market initiatives, projects and programs.
UPLIFT
Inclusivo
Uplift champions and honors our diverse faith communities and open to all employees, recognizing we have more in common than not. Through modeling kindness and encouraging respect of spiritual beliefs and practices, we build bridges of understanding to advance the common good and celebrate our diverse faiths. This creates a safe space for colleagues to comfortably live their beliefs, normalize religious and faith-based conversations, and educate colleagues about inclusive faith-based practices and observances.
