The Covid-19 pandemic is testing institutions, exposing weaknesses as well as strengths, and challenging public trust in government, business, media and NGOs. This report will look at how Covid-19 has affected trust across these institutions and industry sectors; it will examine the roles that business and government leaders are expected to play; and explore what leaders can do to protect and increase the trust necessary to navigate through this crisis and beyond.
