California and Texas to be Led by Jonathan Jordan and Will Crain, Respectively.
NEW YORK, NY, Oct. 30, 2023 – Edelman today announced several leadership appointments to advance the firm’s communications advisory ambition and unify its go-to-market approach in key markets.
Brooke Buchanan, who joined Edelman in 2021, has been appointed the U.S. Lead for Crisis and Risk. Buchanan’s background in government affairs and political communications, coupled with her experience in managing corporate crises for global giants like Walmart, Williams-Sonoma, Whole Foods and JCPenney, uniquely positions her to drive impact in this critical area.
Chuck Kaiser has been appointed the U.S. Lead for Corporate Reputation. A 15-year veteran of the firm, Kaiser has an extensive background in leading corporate communications for organizations including Allstate and Motorola.

The firm announced today that it is also unifying its operations in California, naming Jonathan Jordan as General Manager, Edelman California, overseeing the Los Angeles and San Francisco businesses. It will take the same approach in Texas where Will Crain will serve as General Manager, Edelman Texas and oversee the operations in Austin, Dallas and Houston. These appointments underscore Edelman's commitment to fostering a cohesive community, enhancing capabilities, and implementing a unified go-to-market strategy in the respective regions.
