Edelman named four new senior leaders in its founding office to serve clients in the B2B marketing, financial communications and C-suite advisory fields. The appointments reflect the increasing breadth and depth of Edelman Chicago’s work and the strength of its business.

Edelman appointed:

  • Tari Haro as executive vice president, B2B technology. Haro brings over 20 years of integrated marketing experience, most recently as senior director of B2B marketing for Cars.com. She will lead the Integrated Business Marketing unit that serves the office’s primary technology and B2B clients.
  • Phil Koesterer as senior vice president, planning director, B2B. Previously planning director at Ogilvy & Mather, Koesterer brings over 10 years of experience leading strategic branding for clients across technology, industrial, financial services and professional services.
  • Sheila Mulligan, promoted to general manager, advisory services. Mulligan, an 11-year Edelman veteran, has extensive experience working across a wide range of sectors and specialties, from corporate reputation management, media strategy and executive positioning to issues and crisis management. She leads the team in C-level engagements, including counsel on business transformation, reputation recovery, employee experience and others.
  • Sophie Sohn as executive vice president, financial communications. Sohn, previously chief communications and marketing officer for financial services firm KCG and an Emmy award-winning journalist, provides deep experience in M&A communications. She will advise clients in Chicago, New York and beyond.
