Jarrod Moses is a visionary leader and entrepreneur at the intersection of advertising, entertainment, sports, culture, and global brand marketing. Recognized as a pioneer of the branded entertainment industry, Jarrod has helped redefine how the world’s leading brands connect with consumers by bridging Madison Avenue, Hollywood, sports, music, and popular culture. Throughout his career, he has built businesses, forged groundbreaking partnerships, and created marketing platforms that translate cultural influence into brand relevance, commercial growth, and long-term enterprise value.
Jarrod began his career at Grey Advertising, rising to become the agency’s youngest CEO, before founding United Entertainment Group (UEG) in partnership with global talent agency, UTA, creating a new model for connecting brands with influential talent, intellectual property, and cultural platforms. In 2015, Edelman acquired UEG, expanding its capabilities in entertainment, sports, and cultural marketing.
Under Jarrod’s leadership, UEG and Edelman have developed award-winning campaigns and strategic partnerships for global brands including Unilever, Samsung, PepsiCo, and Starbucks. His extensive relationships span Disney, Netflix, Apple, Amazon, the NFL, major studios, sports leagues, and influential artists including Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and ROC Nation. Through these relationships and his ability to connect commerce with culture, Jarrod has helped generate more than $2 billion in marketing and partnership activity.
In July 2026, Jarrod was appointed Vice Chairman of Edelman with a mandate to accelerate growth and expand the firm’s ability to deliver culturally relevant, commercially impactful work worldwide. Working across Edelman’s global network, he focuses on integrating entertainment, sports, creators, and cultural influence into the firm’s broader communications and marketing capabilities. His responsibilities include originating transformative partnerships, unlocking access to talent and intellectual property, developing new ventures and business models, and creating strategic pathways that help clients achieve ambitious brand and business objectives.
Jarrod also leads UEG Ventures, a platform focused on building, incubating, and scaling businesses through strategic equity partnerships, joint ventures, licensing, and talent-led ventures. Combining cultural influence with commercial strategy, UEG Ventures reflects his belief that the future of marketing extends beyond helping brands participate in culture to helping them create, own, and commercialize it.
Jarrod’s work has earned numerous industry honors, including Emmy Awards, Platinum Records, Cannes Lions, and Ad Age’s 2025 Sports/Entertainment Agency of the Year. He is also an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School and a co-founder of the New York Comedy Festival.
