Caroline is Finance Director in Edelman’s Public and Government Affairs team in Brussels. She is a key member of both the Belgium Leadership Team and the Public and Government Affairs EMEA Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO, senior management, and regional leadership to shape and implement the financial strategy for Edelman Brussels and the wider EMEA region.
With over 25 years of experience across the private and non-profit sectors, Caroline is a seasoned expert in financial management and administration. Prior to Edelman, she held senior finance and operations roles at multinational organisations and consultancies, including 20 years at Arthur D. Little, Director of Operations at the International School of Brussels, and Financial Controller roles in international law firms and communications agencies. She also served as Director of Finance and Administration at the International Diabetes Federation and worked with BCW in Brussels.
