As the first ever Global Chief Creative Officer at Edelman, the world's largest communications firm, Judy leads the team of creatives and planners globally. Before joining Edelman, she was at Leo Burnett where she served as Chief Creative Officer for North America and CEO for Canada.

Judy has been recognised globally, winning at virtually every show and is known as the driving force behind the Always #LikeAGirl campaign which went on to win the Emmy for Outstanding Commercial, Black Pencil at D&AD, Titanium, Grand Prix and Glass Lion at Cannes, and was named by CBS as one of the top three Super Bowl Commercials of all time.

Judy ranked as the #1 CCO in the world in Advertising Age's Awards Report 2015, was named to Business Insider's 30 Most Creative People in Advertising, and Advertising Age's Creativity50 2014: The Most Creative People of the Year. And in 2019 was named on Gold House's A100 List of most influential Asians in culture.

Along the way, she's judged and chaired top international awards shows including Cannes, The Clios, ADC and D&AD. Judy also sits on the Board of the One Club for Creativity, Ad Council Creative Review Board, and Girl Culture Films Advisory Board.

Currently Greater China President of Edelman, Pully Chau has 30+ years of advertising, branding and management experience in Asia and 20 years in China in CEO positions. She is a highly innovative game-changer and successfully launched client-centric organisations to integrate all capabilities under one roof, e.g. One Samsung team, One Volkswagen team. Edelman is one of the top PR agencies in Greater China today with offices in 6 cities. Pully is leading a group of 400+ talents under Edelman family with a holistic spectrum of offerings in brand strategy, corporate communications, crisis & ESG advisory, integrated communications, media relations, B2B, data mining etc., specialising in Technology, Sports & Lifestyle, Health, Financial services, F&B.

Before Edelman, Pully’s acumen and experience in turning around businesses and transforming agencies (Cheil, Saatchi & Saatchi and FCB) to become profit centers with boosted collaboration and creative standard is evident. Pully has received numerous awards for her contributions within the industry including 30 Outstanding People over 30 Years by the China Advertising Association, and 21 Global Innovators of 2013 by Internationalist USA. Pully was Greater China President for Effie Awards from 2016 to 2018. She judged Cannes awards in 2013 (Creative effectiveness Lion) and in 2019 (Industry craft Lion).

Felicitas Olschewski is the Head of Digital EMEA at Edelman, based in Amsterdam, NL. Originally from Germany, Felicitas brings an international footprint and a vast experience across digital, strategy, product-and service innovation and creative in areas of digital experience, marketing and business transformation, both agency side (such as TBWA, DDB & Tribal, DentsuACHTUNG!, 72andSunny) and corporate business experience, at adidas. Felicitas has worked and led teams across 360 integrated brand communication, design strategy and digital innovation for Global, China and EMEA brands across sport, fashion, retail, sustainability and tech such as Apple, Google, Youtube, eBay, C&A, Samsung, Heineken, Volkswagen, Vodafone and most recently, Adidas, where she drove the company’s 2025 strategic business plan for Digital Experience and built hybrid teams across locations and timezones. Felicitas holds executive education and training in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins, UAL London, Business Acumen at Harvard Business School as well as Creative Marketing & Communications in Munich and speaks multiple languages. She also recently finalized a study at the M.I.T. Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab around Cryptocurrencies.

SEEMA SHARMA

Seema Sharma made her name by creating strategic creative campaigns for top agencies like Wunderman and Blast Radius, and her portfolio includes work for some of the best known and most loved consumer and corporate brands. Joining independent agency Edelman Amsterdam in 2017, Seema became the agency’s first ever Creative Director, working on integrated campaigns for HP, Princes Foods, Microsoft, Nikon and her awarded work for the skin disease psoriasis.

Seema oversees a buzzing creative department and in-house production team and has also expanded her expertise as a film director, in a year when the agency has been recognized for its integrated work and won ‘Benelux Agency of the Year’ at the Sabre Awards. Passionate about inspiring people to become more creative, Seema has also published two books on creativity and creative thinking, entitled, ‘Write Nothing in Here’ and ‘Read Nothing in Here’.

MANUEL FRANK

For the last seven years Manuel Frank has been leading Edelman’s creative, business across some of the agency’s most significant healthcare and pharma clients worldwide. He works on multimarket campaigns with teams of 50+ creatives, serving as global creative lead for AstraZeneca, being the driving creative force behind the award winning ”Patient Pathways” and the renowned health campaign “Please Touch” to create awareness and empathy for psoriasis patients in Germany.

Manuel believes that creatives should have FOMO (fear of missing out) if they don’t work in healthcare today, as the sector and the creative industry will see the biggest innovations to come for us all.

For his work, Manuel has received many national and international awards including ADC Awards, CRESTA, SABRE Awards, The Drum, DMMA Online Star, PR Reports ”Campaign of the Year” and a much sought after EFFIE Award.

Manuel is passionate about developing the next generation of creatives and worked as a lecturer for the Young Masters programme of Art Director’s Club Germany, as well as for the renowned Copywriting school “Hamburg School of Ideas”.

Aoife joined Edelman in August 2021 as an Account Executive, prior to this she completed a full-time MSc in Digital Marketing in the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.​

As part of her MSc programme, Aoife was awarded top digital marketing strategy for Kellogg's where she outlined a 3-year digital-first approach which seeked to double growth. During her time in college, Aoife worked with freelance company, Fiverr to devise a plan focused on restoring positive consumer sentiment with the brand. She has a wealth of knowledge in brand activation, digital content creation, website reconstruction & performance through customer journey maps and optimization for successful conversion rates.

Aoife received a distinction in the Facebook certified Digital Marketing Associate proctored exam. She has in-depth knowledge on Facebook Ads Manager and building successful ads through key placement, clear call to actions and detailed targeting.

She was awarded the UCD Advantage Award for recognition in involvement in the Global Leadership Programme working with NGOs to solve problems to market access and devise a strategy for growth in East African countries.

Kate joined Edelman in 2021 as an Account Manager, prior to this she worked on the consumer team in Wilson Hartnell.​

Kate has a track record of delivering best-in-class campaigns for clients across the finance, FMCG, culture and tourism, and retail sectors. She has a wealth of experience in communicating brand key messages to a range of audiences through social first campaigns, traditional media relations, digital content creation, influencer engagement and collaboration, and experiential activation.​

She has worked with a mix of domestic and international brands including Coca-Cola, AIB, Xylem, The Guinness Storehouse, Topo Chico, Homesense, Hellmann’s, Rockshore, Brady Family and Smirnoff.​

Kate was shortlisted for the IAPI Cannes Young Lions Ireland 2020, and previously interned with the Scottish National Party in the Scottish Parliament.

She was awarded a distinction in the Postgraduate Diploma in PR and Communications by the Fitzwilliam Institute and has a BSc in Government from University College Cork.​

Coming from a design background, Sabine has been working in the Advertising and Marketing industry for the last 15 years, consistently deepening her conceptual and art direction skills in a multitude of agencies in Berlin, New York, Stockholm, Amsterdam and her current home base London.​

Over the years, she has developed multichannel campaigns with an array of clients including P&G, Budweiser, Naked Turtle Rum, Yoplait, Volvo, Helly Hansen, IKEA and the United Nations, earning her several awards and exposure in the industry.​
