Building on strong momentum in the Chicago office, Edelman has appointed four new senior leaders, allowing us to further diversify the work we are doing on behalf of clients.

Edelman continues to pave the way in communications marketing, most recently developing impactful work integrating virtual reality, B2B lead generation, employee engagement, video influencer programming and more. These appointments showcase Edelman’s commitment to finding innovative ways to transform clients’ businesses.

Edelman named:

  • Lilia Arroyo-Flores as executive vice president, head of planning. Formerly senior vice president, strategy director at Leo Burnett, Arroyo-Flores has extensive experience understanding consumer behavior and developing business-driving insights and strategies. She will help grow Edelman’s planning offering, ensuring consumer and cultural insights are at the core of our client work.
  • Allison Cirullo as general manager, brand practice. Cirullo has spent nearly a decade at Edelman and is a leading pioneer in the evolution to communications marketing. She’s been a key player in integrating the disciplines of planning, creative, strategy and editorial into client programming.
  • Richard Roche as executive vice president and client strategist. Also a Leo Burnett alum, Roche led multiple award-winning creative programs across consumer brands. His significant leadership experience and creative background will be paramount in helping business leaders identify areas of growth and driving collaboration across the board.
  • Stephanie Sutton as the Chicago office’s chief of staff. As a member of the office leadership team, she will serve as a strategic advisor for our internal initiatives and client programming. Previously, Sutton was chief of staff of the Bureau of International Information Programs at the U.S. Department of State.

These leaders will drive forward the client work we are doing in Chicago, with planning, creative and production at the core. They’ll be working to deploy new resources and processes to better serve our clients and will be cultivating the keen mix of talent within their groups.

“Great work and strong financial performance make Edelman an employer of choice for top talent across the communications marketing spectrum,” said Jay Porter, president of Edelman Chicago. “Our clients find tremendous value in the fresh approaches we bring to helping them solve business problems, and this group of top tier talent allows us to further diversify and strengthen our bench.”
