Kenny Gold

Kenny Gold has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of brand, culture, and the creator economy — building practices, developing talent, and architecting the systems and strategies that help the world’s largest brands show up with relevance in an era defined by human connection and algorithmic scale.

As Managing Director and Head of Social and Creator at Deloitte Digital, Gold built the practice from the ground up with a clear mission: to create work at the intersection of consulting and creativity — work that brings smart, industry-shaping thinking to the table beyond advertising. In fewer than 6 months, he turned a blank slate into a market-making practice, landing Deloitte Digital’s first-ever AOR relationship with LTK. He also oversaw the development of Deloitte Digital’s agentic workflow solution for agency work — pioneering AI-powered content systems that allow brands to operate at the speed and authenticity of creators without losing the human element that makes it resonate.

Gold’s defining belief is that creators are the epicenter of business transformation, the ultimate driver of consumer trust, and the most powerful force for discovery in modern marketing — and that creator strategy belongs in the boardroom, not just the marketing department. While leading social at Grey Group, he architected #DistanceDance — a partnership with P&G and TikTok creator Charli D’Amelio that became the most-viewed hashtag challenge in TikTok history. He has since delivered multiple award-winning campaigns for MGM Resorts International, Lockheed Martin, Jose Cuervo, and General Mills, and at Deloitte Digital led the Dave & Buster’s business — integrating creator work into a full-funnel approach spanning 360 campaign, loyalty, and CRM.

Gold co-authored Deloitte’s landmark Creator Economy in 3D research and has spoken at SXSW, Cannes Lions, CES, and Advertising Week, sat on juries at the Effies, Shortys, Webbys, Young Lions, and Clio Sports, and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Marketing Brew, the Hollywood Reporter, and Variety.

A native of the Jersey Shore, Gold is based in New York City with his wife of 12 years, Casey, their four-year-old daughter Madeline, and their Havanese, Leo. A marathon runner, he can be found most mornings logging miles through Central Park. He is equally committed to seeing no less than 10 concerts a year — a discipline he approaches with the same intention he brings to everything else.
