Justin Westcott is CEO, Middle East and Chief Operating Officer (COO), EMEA at Edelman. In his dual role, he leads Edelman’s business across the Middle East while driving operational strategy, transformation, and growth across the wider EMEA region. He focuses on enhancing efficiency, fostering collaboration, and accelerating AI-powered transformation, while integrating Edelman’s specialist capabilities and AI-driven solutions to deliver innovative, effective outcomes for clients.
Since joining Edelman in 2006, Justin has held several senior leadership roles across the firm. Most recently, he served as Global Chair of Edelman’s Technology Sector, where he co-led the AI Strategy Committee and helped position the firm as a leader in AI and digital transformation. He also served as COO of Edelman UK, overseeing one of the firm’s largest global offices, and previously led the Technology and Consumer practices across EMEA and the Middle East.
Throughout his career, Justin has advised some of the world’s leading brands, including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Samsung, Qualcomm, HP, and PayPal, helping them navigate change, strengthen reputation, and differentiate in highly competitive markets. He is recognised for his ability to drive transformation, integrate capabilities, and build high-performing teams across markets and disciplines.
