Final Offer

Brand Awareness | Technology

Bringing transparency to one of life’s biggest decisions.

The Challenge

For many Canadians, the decision to purchase a home can be a very stressful experience, particularly when buyers have limited visibility into competing offers. As Final Offer prepared to enter, it needed to build awareness of a new platform  among a risk-conscious audience while explaining a complex proposition in simple, consumer-friendly terms. The brief was to show how greater transparency could help Canadians make informed real estate decisions while demonstrating Final Offer’s commitment to a more transparent transaction process for buyers, sellers and realtors.

The Strategy

We positioned Final Offer not simply as a new real estate platform, but as a solution to a familiar consumer problem: limited transparency in the home-buying process. The earned-first strategy connected the launch to the broader conversation around blind bidding and focused on helping Canadians make more informed purchasing decisions. We simplified the proposition and paired Final Offer spokespeople with credible brokerage and realtor voices, giving national business, technology, real estate and broadcast media both a consumer story and trusted industry perspectives.

The Execution

The team positioned the Ontario launch through targeted media relations spanning national business, technology, real estate and broadcast outlets. A press release and targeted launch-day pitching established the news, while embargoed outreach secured deeper stories and interviews with Final Offer representatives and real estate experts. Coverage explained how the platform works, challenged assumptions around blind bidding and highlighted the benefits of greater transparency, with stories appearing across The Globe and Mail, BNN Bloomberg, CTV, CP24, Real Estate Magazine and other leading media.

The Outcome

Final Offer’s Canadian debut generated national business, broadcast, technology and real estate coverage that consistently reinforced the platform’s consumer benefits and commitment to transparency. The launch delivered more than 60 million impressions, 11 pieces of media coverage and 152 press release syndications, with 100% of coverage registering as positive or neutral.
