Before joining Edelman KSA, Alex spent eight years at APCO, where he led and supported major initiatives across transformational change, strategic operations, and resource management in the MENA region. His role combined operational leadership, commercial performance, and strategic advisory support to senior management, helping improve efficiency, profitability, and regional growth.
His earlier background includes consulting experience with PwC and EY, where he developed deep expertise in strategy, financial modeling, business development, and advisory work across both government and private sector engagements. He began his career at Maximus Inc. in the U.S., building a solid foundation in financial planning and budget management.
