Elevating the business case for diversity

HP creates technology for everyone, everywhere, and core to this vision is a commitment to better reflect the diversity of the customers it serves. As part of this commitment, HP launched its agency diversity scorecard in 2016 to ensure diverse representation across its creative talent and teams. Building on this momentum and to further nurture creative talent the following year, HP worked with Cannes Lions and Edelman to create #MoreLikeMe, a year-long mentoring and development program to strengthen diverse creative talent – beginning at the 2018 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

#MoreLikeMe selected 15 racially and ethnically diverse rising stars from its five lead agency partners across the UK, U.S. and Mexico to attend the 2018 Festival for a high-touch, immersive experience including mentoring, networking and curated programming. Following the festival, participants will join a series of events and training sessions led by top executives and industry leaders to ensure they can become voices for change, both within their own agencies and industry-wide.
